Dear Mr. Tony,
Now that we are home (and almost rested up) I wanted to write you and thank you for arranging such a great trip. We really enjoyed Vietnam. It is a beautiful and diverse country and the people are lovely. The hotels were elegant and the personnel very kind and helpful. The restaurants that you arranged were excellent. And the people were present to meet us at the airports, etc. One of the really nice things you arranged was the foot massage when we arrived back in Hanoi at 5:00 AM. If was a very pleasant experience and we enjoyed talking to the manager. (If you do it for others, it would be good to include a map to show them how to get there from the train station.)
We very much enjoyed all of the other cities and the other guides. Mr. Anh in Danang and Hoi An was very particularly helpful and interesting. The tours in Saigon and the Mekong Delta were very well run and guides were excellent. All in all it was wonderful trip. I am looking forward to having a group of friends over and sharing my Vietnamese coffee, pictures and memories with them.

"Let me begin by saying that we had in a lot of ways an amazing trip - the itinerary that you have provides an exceptonal view of the beauties of Vietnam. Between the Mekong River trip, the visit to the tunnels at Cu Chi and the junk cruise in Halong bay there were a series of adventures there will live long in our memories.We would consider using your company again and recommending it to our friends who were envious of our trip, but the wasted $80 for the room the last night caused in significant part by the failure to honor the private car pick-up commitment will make it hard for me to do so. "We have returned to Singapore and I just want to tell you we had a wonderful visit in Vietnam. The busride to Halong Bay took longer than I expected and the crowds on the different Junks was staggering...... The vietnamese government has to regulate the visitors at some point, because otherwise this gorgeous site will be distroyed!
We enjoyed Hanoi very much (more than Ho Chi Minh City) and another time we would like to visit Hoi An/Hue/Nhatrang.
