• All rates are in USD, including buffet breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges.
• Free of charge for maximum of 02 children (under 10 ages) sharing room with parents, no extra bed, paying breakfast
• Extra bed adds US$ 7/person/night (not available in Senior Deluxe and Deluxe Room).
• Extension of late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
  + Check-out before 18: 00, 50% of room rate should be charged
  + Check-out after 18: 00, 100% of room rate should be charged
• The room rates will be added 20% on these days:
  +Tet Holidays ( from the 30th Dec to the 7th January of Lunar Year): 07 days
  +Victory Day ( from the 28th April to the 2nd May): 04 days +01 January and 30, 31 December 2009
• New Year Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2008 and 2009 is compulsory for all bookings. Price will be advised later.
• Check-in is at 14: 00 or sooner. Late check-out from 12: 00 - 16: 00 is charged 50% of the regular room rate.

• Senior Deluxe: 02 rooms are set up like a Junior suite with separate bed room and living room. Each room has two sides windows overlooking the sea and city and a large balcony. Compliment fruit basket, newspaper and flower in 34m2.
