With great passion for travel, I attended Hanoi College of Tourism. After graduating, I had worked for a tour operator as a tour guide for over 10 years, where I had managed groups through Indochina – Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. I have recently joined ANZ Travel team and am in charge of the ground services for international tourists coming to Vietnam.

Having graduated from Hanoi’s Foreign Language University, majoring in English, I worked as an English teacher for 2 years. Soon after, I decided to join the travel industry as a tour guide. For more than 8 years at the job, I got to interact with more people and make new friends around the world. As the Sales Manager, I enjoy introducing Vietnam’s rich culture, history, and tradition to many travellers from Europe, Australia, America and Asia.

Travelling has literally been my life. Originally from Singapore, I moved to Taiwan and lived there for about 9 years before spending 2 years in a wild boarding school in Australia. I then returned to Singapore for what many would call “an education” at the National University of Singapore, before finding myself living in Vietnam. Concurrently working as the Programme Director for Hemispheres Foundation, a private conservation education organisation, I design corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes for ANZ Travel, among other specialised itineraries. I’m also responsible of all the new marketing strategy of the company.

Upon graduating from Hanoi Open University, I went to Paris, France to study International Marketing, Industry of Tourism and Hotel. Before working with ANZ Travel, I worked for 4 years in the travel and tourism field. Being fluent in French and English has allowed me to make many new friends in the course of my journey. At ANZ Travel, I am responsible for the Francophone markets and various public relations activities with other travel agencies.
