• All rates are in USD, including breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges.
• No extra charge for child under 12 when sharing room with parents.
• Extra bed: add more USD20/person/night.
• Maximum two (02) children under 12 years old can share a paid room with parents utilizing the existing bed without extra accommodation charge.
• Maximum one (01) extra bed can be arranged per room. Extra bed is unavailable for twin rooms of Standard category. The extra bed rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for one person only.
• Breakfast policy for children:
  • Children 0-5 years old will be free of charge.
  • Children from 6 to 12 years old will be extended a 50% discount of breakfast rate
• Compulsory Gala Dinner:
  • Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th December 2008: US$ 30 Net/ person.
  • New Year Eve Dinner on 31st December 2008: US$ 36 Net/ person.
• Children 0-5 years complimentary, 6-12 years 50% off above prices. Rates are per person.
• Peak season surcharge: US$ 5 Net per room per night:
  - Christmas period: From 23rd December 2008 to 25th December 2008 (2 nights).
  - New Year period: From 31st December 2008 to 2nd January 2009 (2 nights).
  Check-in time at 14: 00, Check-out time at 12: 00 noon.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and the following charges will be applied:
  • Prior to 18: 00: 50% of the room rate.
  • Later than 18: 00: a full nightly charge.
