Summary: Many of these areas in Hue and Hoi An are surprisingly still intact and trips to both cities hold promise for great times and memories. Starting in Hue, you'll enjoy many sites that reflect the city's rich history, while others are more focused on relaxation and soaking up the area's natural beauty. Highlights include the Hue Royal Fine Arts Museum, housed within the former Dien Long An Royal Palace, and the city's private garden houses with connections to the old Royal Imperial Court. The ancient port town of Hoi An was once the largest harbor town in South-east Asia. Its well-preserved structures from the 15th to the 19th centuries are perfect examples of architecture that blends local and foreign influences, making the town a popular destination for tourists.

Itinerary

Day 1: Da Nang Airport – Hoi An

Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, you will be picked up and transfer to hotel for check in and relax
Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 2: Hoi An Ancient Town (L)

AM: Our guide will takes you to visit Hoi An, a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries whose architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Take a walking tour of the ancient town center to visit the former merchants' homes, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful market…Have lunch at local restaurant.

Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 3: Hoi An – My Son Holy Land (B,L)

Getting started from hotel in the morning for My son located 75km from Hoi An, this site is a must-see for those interested in oriental architecture and ancient civilizations and is now one of five UNESCO World Heritage sites in Vietnam. My Son is the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled their kingdom in Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism.
My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. The complex is comprised of seventy Hindu-like towers and temples dating from the second century. Return to hotel for lunch and relax.
PM: Free and Easy for shopping or swimming in Cua Dai Beach.

Day 4: Hoi An – Da Nang - Hue (B,L)

After breakfast, our waiting car and guide pick up at your hotel and transfer to Hue. Via stopping exploring the Marble Mountains, a series of large marble outcrops which acquired mythical significance over the centuries. The caves of the Marble Mountains have many sacred Buddhist shrines. Travelers can enjoy the lovely beach and great views from the Marble Mountains across the surrounding countryside. Then, take a short drive to My Khe beach - Da Nang beach selected one of the six famous beaches in the world. After that, move to Cham Museum, which contains the finest samples of the sculpture of the Cham People who lived in this area of Vietnam from the 4th to the 14th centuries.
Continue driving over the Hai Van Pass. Stop to enjoy the charming beauty of Lang Co beach- one of the best thirty bays in the world.
This drive will also take you through the tranquil countryside and huge paddy-fields as Tam Giang Lagoon…
After that, continue to driver to Hue for check in and relax.
Overnight in Hue and enjoy romantic night.

Day 5: Hue City Tour (B,L)

Breakfast at hotel. Today, we visit The garden city of Hue recognized by UNESCO as World's Culture Heritage. The city used to serve as Vietnam's capital during 1802 to 1945. Visit to the Imperial Citadel.
Afternoon: Private boat cruise along the Perfume River to visit the Tomb of Minh Mang King with stopover to visit Thien Mu pagoda on the way. When boat return, you may have chance to admire the sunset on the river.
Then our car will transfer you to Da Nang airport for your ongoing flight.
